Finally my case was approved😭😭😭
Looooog journey.... It was 771days (I485) I got an Audit at the DOL, Pandemic, interview result was hold and FDNS SITE VISIT... Today, I was able to get over all issues... 😭😭😭 The experience was totally stressful...

Congratulations!! Which FO? I'm in similar situation. interview completed June 2022 and since Case must be reviewed.

Thank you@Shak M My FO was the Nebraska service center I had waited 7 months after my interview, FDNS officer showed up suddenly at my workplace to verify my application again and they asked some questions like the interview

Did FDNS talk to other employees, your boss. What questions did they ask? I work in big warehouse 150 employees and they may not allow if their visit is disruptive.

They talked with my boss and at that time I was day off. As the questions, “ When did he start work? Has he ever work another place? How much salary does he get? How many time does he work usually? What did he doing in his original country? Something like this. You can find details questions about FDNS site visit on internet. And in my case, the officers didn’t ask any other employees about me. However, My lawyer told me that you should tell about your situation to another employees because, the officers could ask them.
