I-130 Approval
I still can’t believe I received the approval today for my husband’s I-130 petition. I received the second “actively reviewing” status today and approval at the same time. I checked my account 6 times today because I called into the USCIS call center yesterday and was told my case was being worked on the day before. I hope everyone else gets approved in a timely manner. for me it’s been 11 months since PD. Now I have to wait for the interview appointment in Dominican Republic which I’ve heard all embassies/consulates are taking 6-7 months for the appointments. 🫤

@shuvro g I spoke with an agent. After you get the status in the automated system, it’ll ask you if you need anything else and you have to say “speak with an agent” or “agent”.

@Gabby R como te comunicaste con USCIS porque yo no he tenido nada de suerte para comunicarme con ellos, el recibo del código de acceso nunca llegó al mail y no hemos podido entrar a la cuenta.

@Gabby R What was your processing time on the USCIS account before approval? Mine is saying "Your case is taking longer than expected" for over two months now.

@shuvro g It fluctuated more than once. It changed to “taking longer than expected” on May 31st. Before that it said there were 4 months left.
