been 10 months
since I applied it’s been 10 months and no signs of hope from uscis. don’t know if I can keep the faith or not.
did my biometrics and they never got applied to my cases except for I 485.
wondering if there is something wrong with my cas and my attorney never replied abt the same question.
I think it’s time.
my cases say they have been transferred to the new office for quicker processing but what hurts me the most is they never applied my fingerprints to my cases.
all this things bother me all night, spent many sleepless nights , being out of job makes me more nervous each day passing.
I hope god hears my cry and bless me with an approval really soon.

Until your VAWA is approved, there will be no update on your online portal. That's just the way #vawa works. Check the processing time for each of your application based on when you submitted. Based on the above dates, you still have a long way to go. It's unfortunately one of the longest processing times. My advice to you is to relax and pray for a good outcome once your case is adjudicated. Stressing yourself isn't going to do you any good. I hope this helps. Good luck.

I applied on August 2022, just was approved my EAD I-765 last week, took 11 months to be approved my employee authorization, and still waiting for I-360 and my I-465 just took my biometric. my case was not transferred for a different office, still the same.

I don’t think is not wrong, just is takes time for any updates. my took 11 months for EAD and no more updates.

@kiran manne 10 months is nothing I am going on 17 months and still nothing as yet from uscis not even biometric applies and I did my biometric from 14 and a haft months since I did my biometric

Relax is better to take some médecine. some people here there case took more than 2 Years. Good Luck 👍 brother

if you are not sure what your lawyer submitted, you can always do a FOIA request online. got my results in a month

Thank god I am taking medication for anxiety and depression. It took 33 long months for vawa approval
