Got green card 1 month ago 🎉✅
Forgot to share when I got the GC, but wanted to share the timeline and process. Really appreciate all the help from this community
- 06/28/2021 Priority date
- 7/21/2022 submitted 485 using cross-chargeability rule (package including my husband and my 485, 765, 131)
- 9/3/2022 fingerprint
- 10/14 RFE for medical exam
- 10/28 Replied to RFE
- 12/1/2022 Case remains pending (not sure why…)
- 2/2/2023 Submitted my i765 & i131 again because USCIS did not receive them
- 2/27/2023 interview is ready to be scheduled
- 4/8/2023 interviewed was scheduled (asked Emma that day and knew it will be 5/10/2023)
- 5/10/2023 interviewed at San Francisco office
- 5/18/2023 case is approved
- 5/27/2023 received the card after 10 months🎉
