I just got a letter saying my documentation has been received and to wait for my appointment to be assigned before I do biometrics.
My priority date is Jan 25 2023. My processing consular in Madrid consulate. I’m extraordinary ability coming from 3 y 01. What are some similar timelines from some friends that have gone through this?
6 years, finally my I130 got approved, losing hope
Finally, my I 130 got approved. Since March, my case has already out of the normal process time and I keep submitting the inquiries every month, then on July 7th, it got approved. But I still have to wait another 2 years maybe since my pd is not current yet, losing hope…

I got and email notice Jan 27 to send MEDICALS , sent medicals fist week of March. They received it, never changed the status of anything. on April 8th they updated to actively viewing case.
I had been informed by the USCIS before that my interview was waved. is this true? how long does it normally take for them to schedule interview after you they receive the medicals? please share ALL your stories. thanks

How to reach a live agent at the USCIS Contact Center

2. Say Expedite Request.
3. After the prompt, Say Submit Expedite Request.
4. Say Humanitarian.
5. Answer Yes that you have a receipt number.
6. Enter or say your receipt number.
7. Ask live agent who answers anything you want.
If you do not have a receipt number for Step 6, enter any receipt number. You must enter a receipt number to get to a live agent quickly.
After the agent answers the phone, you can tell them that you have a “general question” if you did not send a case or don’t have a receipt number yet.
This is an effective means of speaking to a human being over the phone rather than a machine.
