Concurently filed all of them. My petitioner filed when I was under 21 but now I am 21 and about to graduate college. I need the approval ASAP so that I can work.

so Emma agent created service ticket for me as why case is taking so long and yesterday u got email response saying due to NOI on I-130 my underlying application that’s why my I -485 has no decision on it but problem is I never got any NOI on I-130 not by mail email or even in my online account my lawyer didn’t get any either my wife called them they didn’t see anything either so we are stressing out
anyone been through similar or have any suggestions to what to do in this case my lawyer said he will contact uscis too
here is response msg see if someone can make sense out of it I did recive RFE for medicals only which i responded and they acknowledged on April 21 2023

Action cannot be taken on the I-485 because the underlying I-130 is still pending. On April 21, 2023, a Notice of Intent to Deny the I-130 was sent to the petitioner. We have not received a response to the notice. The adjudication of the I-130 must be completed before any action can be taken on the I-485.
We have not received a response from the petitioner of the underlying I-130. They must respond by the date stated on the notice as we are unable to provide any extensions to the response deadline. If the petitioner of the I-130 has questions about the notice, they can reach out to us. “

i-751 pending divorce
marriage based Green card was granted for 2 years that expires this Nov 2023.
we are getting a divorce unfortunately but we ended in good terms. i do have an immigration lawyer and we want to file for a quick divorce through court ( Florida )
any suggestions? would that be a difficult process for me alone :(? im in utter shock but as much as i am in- i need to move on.
ps- we did not acquire any property or anything. no kids. no complications. we both want the divorce.
what docs should i prepare? i can get his affidavit too.

how long is the i-134 process.
it's been 5 months now and I'm still waiting for something. when I check my case status it only says that my case was received and a receipt notice was given to me. when I go on my lawfully app that's all it says. also when I check on on how long my case will be I do not see the i-34 information there.
Combo Card finally approved!
The worst is over now! I just need to wait for my PD to get the green card.
