According to May 2023 Visa Issuance...... US EMBASSY ISLAMABAD issued only 720 visa in all category to Pakistani Nationals and 2949 visa to Afghai nationals which is unfair to Pakistani Nationals

it's not them who decide it's the usa, the process is easier for afghans because of that program in states that include them
