I recently have a RFE for Medicals , when I sent in and I got an update for stating - we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR ADJUST STATUS, Receipt Number EAC******** . USCIS has begun working on your case again.
how long until I get another update and what will it be . I see some people get card being produced .

Biometrics for I-131
Hi Guys,
I just checked my I-131 notice of receive (I-797C) in which they mentioned that USCIS may send biometrics notification. However, I already gave my biometrics for I-485 and I-765 but the biometrics letter didn't mentioned anything about I-131. Will I get any biometrics notification for I-131 separately now or it'll approve without it?
I submitted my docs on December 2022 and received my EAD card last month. My PD is not current as of now. My case is at NBC as of now.

Traveling to Florida (DeSantis new laws)
Hello everyone, I gave an EAD card while I wait for vawa to process. Can I go to Florida on this card with the new laws they have in place for immigrants traveling instead of using my state drivers license? I want to go on vacation but if it’s a risk to go their right now I’d rather not. Thanks for all the help!
DS-260 petitioner spouse & son, self? other?
Hola a todos. Tengo dos inquietudes, agradezco me puedan ayudar:
1. Al completar mi DS-260. En la opción de PETITIONER para mí es SELF por ser el aplicante, pero para mí familia sería igual? las demás opciones no coindicen. Les dejo SELF a ellos también?
2. Mi PD es 23/12/22 aún no estoy en fecha pero he podido ingresar toda la información, puedo completar el DS-260 y enviarlos así aún no esté en fecha?

Hello everyone. I have two questions (Thanks for your help):
1. When filling out my DS-260. In the PETITIONER option for me it is SELF because Im the applicant, but for my family it would be the same? the other options do not match! Should I fill SELF for them too?
My PD is 12/23/22 Im not yet dated but I have been able to enter all the information, can I fill out the DS-260 and send it in even though I am not dated yet?

Access Code and unhelpful* Emma
Hi all,
I often find people in the comment section advising others to check their case status on the USCIS account or at least talk to Emma.
I couldn’t add my case coz I don’t have access code and didn’t get one. And whenever I tried chatting with Emma asking for my case status, I get the link that one uses to check the case status and doesn’t offer more than that.
My wife and I submitted our case on September 29th 2022 and we haven’t heard anything since then other than case being actively reviewed.
I will appreciate some hints on how to go about this. Thank you

Finally approved. I’m so relieved.
Please be sure to submit medical with the initial application as my timeline was longer since not doing that.
Also, remember that the burden of proof is on you. Make sure to include enough credible evidence.
I also expedited via congressman for my I-765 which worked. Happy to answer any questions!!!
