make sure she keeps the term of her visitor visa.. she can go and come back but try not to over stay. she needs to be honest if she get ask for her pending I130. Just to keep everything in order. I hope this helps 🌟 best of luck

she should be good to go as long as she doesn’t default or overstay to bring attention to herself and if you already chose her interview to be here in the states, she definitely gonna be okay and she should be honest about it too if asked
