Access Code and unhelpful* Emma
Hi all,
I often find people in the comment section advising others to check their case status on the USCIS account or at least talk to Emma.
I couldn’t add my case coz I don’t have access code and didn’t get one. And whenever I tried chatting with Emma asking for my case status, I get the link that one uses to check the case status and doesn’t offer more than that.
My wife and I submitted our case on September 29th 2022 and we haven’t heard anything since then other than case being actively reviewed.
I will appreciate some hints on how to go about this. Thank you

try Emma tomorrow and when it gives you the option choose live agent and it will connect it just have your reciept number and they assist you. or call the uscis contact number and say list reciept and the machine will tell you to provide reciept just say lost receipt again and it will connect you to an agent the yiu can give that agent your reciept number and tell them your issues.

i am in the same situation as you we still dont have acces code after 7 months of requesting it. Uscis said 7 times they will send it to us but they never did. We only hope if we get any notice like approve or RFE we will still be able to see it without an account :(
