applying for Asylum while on TPS
I have been granted asylum last year.I don’t know if the USCIS will extend it. however the situation in my home country is getting worse and there is legit and credible fear If I go back I will get prosecuted. on that basis I am thinking to apply for asylum. will it make any problem if I have tps in the same time with asylum applications.
I am planning to consult a lawyer but I want yo get some feedbacks before I do that

I have my I-485 interview in few days and I have a question. How can I get my abusive spouse’s photo picture of US passport/green card, birth certificate since the spouse don’t give it. All I have is my spouse’s picture of driver’s license and social security card which I used during my VAWA petition and it is approved.
Approved I-130 and 485. How can I travel without greencard in hand?
Hi all,
I was approved about a week ago and I have family traveling internationally next 3 weeks and I would like to join them.
My challenge is that I received my I-797 approval letter but not the green card as yet and I fear that it may not be ready before the travel date.
I read online that I can get a temporary stamp in passport to travel but the actual means to get the stamp I cannot find online. I tried calling USCIS but can't get pass the operator.
Does anyone know how I might be able to get the temporary stamp or if there is another solution?

Hello everyone!
I wanted to share my timeline and see if there are any suggestions on what to do to expedite the process? it’s been over 2 years now and it’s been sitting on rfe status.. I know there’s people that have been waiting longer and it might be too soon for me to be worried. Should I have my lawyer try to work on something?
