I file my I129F on April 4th 2022 and received the approval notice on May 25th 2023. after a 1 and half month I send inquary to NVC and this is what I get as respone: The National Visa Center (NVC) is unable to assist you with your inquiry. Please redirect your inquiry to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)." What should I do?

USCIS’s website seem to be behind on updating both the case information and documents.
When my case online stats says ‘approved’ the live agent says the card is being produced.
When the online stats says ‘card has been produced’ the card has been shipped and live agent already has a tracking number and estimated arriving dates.
Once your case is approved, just use the online Emma chat every now and then to connect to a live agent and ask them about the progress on your card!

How can I verify what is happening with my EAD/parole application? Applied concurrently with I-485 and had biometrics appointment May 31st. PLEASE HELP!

My old employer filed for my perm labor green card. the I-140 was approved (June 14) but I was layoff afterwards so I can not access my old lawyer and I’m stressing over not knowing what’s going on with my process.
I’m waiting for 180 days to pass since USCIS received my I-485 petition (april 28), to do AC21 Port to a different employer.
I had the biometrics appointment May 31st. Last I heard of USCIS was June 2, My case was transfer to the NBC(national benefit center).
Anyway, I’m still waiting to receive the EAD/Parole card so that I can go back to work and have some income. I was working under F1- OPT which expired, so I’m not allow to work at the moment!
My issue is that I have not received updates regarding the EAD/parole (I-765) part of my application whatsoever. I remember it being filled concurrently with the I-485 but I’m not sure if I should have get some sort of notice regarding that part of my application or if there is a way to track what’s happening with that part of my application?
Or if there is a way to track if it was actually properly filed concurrently along the I-485 ?
Any insight here would be highly appreciated!!

I expedited my I-751 application; I called uscis customer and expedited my request based on the humanitarian category; my case status doesn't change. It still shows the case was actively reviewing by uscis, so how long does it take to get a response from uscis?

I just got my i485 approved on July 9th. It doesn’t say card is being produced yet but I got a text and email from USPS today with a tracking number. Looks like its a certified mail coming my way from spartanburg, SC.
Any idea what that might be?

I-824. Send approved I-130 to NVC
There isn’t a lot of current information available about I-824 send approved I-130 to NVC for 2022-2023.
If you look at the estimated wait times for I-824 on the USCIS website it doesnt have my location, Potomac, and it doesn’t separate the reason for the filing of the I-824. this form is used for a number of different reasons and it is possible that even the posted processing times are not very accurate due to this.
Im throwing this poll out there only for those waiting for an Approved I-130 to be sent to NVC only.
