Try talk to Emma to get your tracking number if your online status doesn’t update:)
USCIS’s website seem to be behind on updating both the case information and documents.
When my case online stats says ‘approved’ the live agent says the card is being produced.
When the online stats says ‘card has been produced’ the card has been shipped and live agent already has a tracking number and estimated arriving dates.
Once your case is approved, just use the online Emma chat every now and then to connect to a live agent and ask them about the progress on your card!

my case says my green card was produced but they haven’t sent yet. Should I try Emma?
