please why you keep using it, try and work on changing your DOB to the right one. DOB is a very important thing in America 🇺🇸.

the attachment that comes with your EAD that they always advise you to keep in case you want to renew or make any changes/corrections, make a copy of it with the EAD that is needs to be corrected and a copy of your passport, birth certificate and any legal/ government documents that has your correct date of birth and draft a letter to attach to it, state your reasons for writing referring/ directing them to their errors and also Spelling out and using your attached documents with the right information as a reference/ backup and mail it to the address you got in the envelope your EAD came in……….. it happened to me and that’s how I did mine and a new one with my correct information was sent to me……….. This is America, anything with bridge of information is considered fraudulent and I don’t want to see you go through that lane for something that was really your fault but you got the right and opportunity to fix it now.

If I will advise you, don’t try using the EAD until you get you the new one, to avoid any form of issues or stories that touch the heart……. I wish you all the best
