Vawa receipt still not received
My attorney sent the vawa case along with I-485 on April 15, and it was delivered with status individual picked up at postal facility chicago, IL, 60680. I haven’t received the receipt number till now, its close to 3 months. Is any one facing the same issue & any suggestions.
EAD/AP approved in 6 months
EB2-NIW in the field of biotechnology without premium processing.
My priority date is July, 2022. So, the final action date is not current but EAD/AP have been approved in 6 months.

RFE (Financial stability) 02/02/2023
RFE Submitted 03/07/2023
Combo Card approved and received in late May 2023.
Pending since RFE was received on 3/7.
I just chatted with agents through live chat on USCIS website. I had a chance to connect with the first agent and he told me that my application is at Washington Field Office. This was my first update since last time I contacted them early June. Last time the agent told me it's in the normal processing time, so wait. I believe Washington Field Office (I think that is near Washington D.C) is Washington D.C office because I live near there.
And I had to work on quick meeting and the chat was blown when I came back. One think I remember what the agent told me was it's in the Washington field office and they have jurisdiction either to make a decision or request more.
So, I wanted to double check and reached out to live agent again. And I received a response like they should've responded to you within 60 business days, so he will request to the field office to take an action within next 30 business days, also gave me a reference number for the request.
1. My question is, is that a good sign that my application is at the field office?
2. Anyone have an experience that got the reference number and got response within next 30 days?
Any questions for more details or any thoughts/ideas/experiences would be appreciated.
what’s next?
My husband still waiting for GC and the PD is 2020 and RD is 2021… is anyone in same boat?

About Biometrics
Me and my wife both had a biometrics on May 8, 2023 for i-485 and i-131. When I check my case status for i-765 there's nothing mentioned about the biometrics. I am little confused here that will there again be a biometrics for i-765 or the one we gave it for i-485 will be counted for both ?
for those who got the decision after medical exam, how long did you wait ? by the way, they cancelled our interview last year before I got the appointment letter lol.

NVC Welcome letter
It has been almost three weeks now since we got a notification from the NVC app about a our case that the embassy in my country has received our case. Up till now nothing yet. No email of any kind. Can y’all send some information to keep us from in doubts, please 🙏🏾..

I was married before coming to u.s. so when I got here me and wife had issue. so we divorced and I traveled to us, so my wife back did the divorce and send a copy to me, so I later got married to a us
citizens in 2017 and file our case in 2018 and went for our first interview in 2019 , and also called us for second interview 2021, after the interview, know decision on our case, up till this July way they responded back to us dat my divorce certificate was not online after their research, so they has me to respond between 30 days back , is my ex wife dat did the divorce back home and send a copy to me, so what can I do in sch case or how can I respond to have them believe me,because they lawyer I use to file the case then didn’t know anything about the divorce whether is online or not,so the new lawyer I hired already told me dat it might be my divorce, that is delaying my case all this while, so I am thinking what I can do now
