Yes or No to Social Security Card on form I-485
Do someone have to say yes to a new Social Security card, even though you have one already under social Security card section on from i-485?

as long you have one already,saying yes or no won’t mak any diffrence cos they won’t issue you another..it’s for people who don’t have

what u mean yes or no? if u have one before your i485 it will says restricted for work and once u get your green card you can just change it out. it will b the same number

I had one before filing and I checked Yes. They will give you a new card with same number but different status

same as A I. they just sent me one a few days after i received my green card. it has the same number that i’ve always had for years
