Hi @Aj Raf, when you said your lawyer wrote them, what is it? A formal letter to USCIS or some request over phone or email. If you can share that info it would be helpful

@Aj Raf please how did your attorney write to them? o still havent received my receipt notice for i485,131 and i765. I filed those end of may after I filed my vawa application in feb. should I still wait a little or file a new one? thanks

@Aj Raf I don’t have a tracking because I didn’t file with fees. I filled a few waiver. I don’t know if you paid the fees or not. please share. thanks

I applied for fee waiver but was denied after 3months, then I resubmitted with fees still took another 3months to get my receipts. I meant if you used FedEx or whatever to submit your applications it should have tracking number

@dee Dee my I submitted my applications since October 2022 but was rejected for outdated forms in December 2022 (Vawa form was accepted) then I submitted i485, i131, i765 again was still rejected for fee waiver in February 2023 resubmitted same Feb and got my receipts end of May 2days after my attorney wrote a letter. hope that helps

@Aj Raf yes it helps thanks a lot, I haven’t even heard anything back from them if they are rejecting it or not. it’s been 4months now. I asked my attorney to write to them which she would on Monday and then see what happens
