how long is EB i485 taking nowadays?
what are people’s estimates of how long EB i485 approval takes? originally online it says 6 months, then I read 8-14 months, I speak to USCIS they say 24 months?
my priority date is oct 21. no RFE, no interview…13 months pending so far.

it’s on retrogression, it won’t be approved until your PD is current. Right now they’re only approving those with PD of Jan 2020 and older

There is no accurate timeline only a guide for the normal processing times but as there is retrogression right now it may go beyond the 8-14month waiting time
