Case transferred to another office i485
My i140 was approved 2 months ago and I just received a notification that my i485 was transferred to another office.. How do I know where it’s transferred to? when will I get a feedback
N.B: I filled concurrently and did not submit a medical yet

@baby baby You would get a notice in the mail in the next few days with that information but it mostly will be NBC if your case was initially pending at Texas or Nebraska.

You can ask Emma . The next step you should receive a RFE to submit the medical exam.

@baby baby could you share your timeline? my 140 was approved in April and I am still waiting for my i485 to be transferred from texas- so far no progress. I also submitted concurrently. thanks!

mine I140 was approved on Feb15, transferred to NBC 27 days later and it is still pending. I asked emma if is was transferred to a field office and no, it is still there. No medical RFE yet. PD is current (sep 28, 2021)
