EAD CARD🤨😡😡
Is there anyway or anyone I can vent to about the lack of service of these customer service agents at USCIS??
If they don't wanna be at work and provide information, then they should stay home. I'm so upset...telling me what I already know just because u wanna get rid of me.
Why should i have to wait 60 days for my card when others are getting their's a week after??
Can't wait for this nightmare to end!!!

Hello everyone,
I have some questions and maybe you all can help to ease me a bit. so I am a green card holder filing form I-130 for my spouse last September 2022 and they updated that they’re actively review since November 2022 so it’s about 9months now and I am still waiting. Do you know how long will it take to get to a decision? Some people that applied after me already got approved but mine wasn’t which is frustrating as I’ve been checking almost everyday.

stem OPT to GC EAD
Hi everyone Good evening!
I wanted to hear some suggestions or if someone have been in same situation before....
My wife is in H1B status and I am in Stem OPT.
My wife(as a main applicant) and me(as a dependent) Green card had been filed by our Employer last year in EB2-1 category.
Now our EAD has been approved.
Our Green card is currently in retrogression by a month.
Now My few concerns are:
1. Do I(dependent) still have to work for the same employer until I get GC? Or can I work elsewhere any job(as an example uber) or does it have to be OPT major related work?
2. since i have my AOS EAD, can i completely abandon my OPT EAD or have to make any update or inform USCIS about any EADs?
I hope to get some suggestions. Thank you alll!
