@mudiaga james I was just going through your timeliness now, I see that you got a RFE in Sept for your form I 485 and you also got a decision in November 2022 for same form I-485. can you share what RFE that was and the decision you got in Nov?

from what I see the decision is obvious cos if they can’t find your divouce online its hard to get all the paper work needs within the time frame

@mudiaga james I know this same issue has been addressed and trashed on here by someone.. I read suggestions from fellow Nigerians and they exchanged contacts which I screenshot the chats for situations like this. if you want me to share with you so you can reach out to fellow Nigerian and hear how they handled it

@mudiaga james Hello, they think your divorce is fake. You need to find a third party lawyer in your country to go and research your divorce. if it’s real, he needs to write and notarize a sworn affidavit indicating the steps he took to verify your divorce and add evidence of his or her findings. If you don’t do this, your case will be denied
