we had our interview there in 2019, was pretty easy, normal questions about family members , date of birth, how you pay rent, who is paying, questions about insurances, who is the holder, work questions. we will have another combo interview in august (citizenship+removal of conditions)

how does one know they would have combo interview. would the notice state COMBO or do you just assume since they called you for interview , it will be COMBO, thanks?

we just assume , they should combine it since we waited for removals more than 2 years

Guys is the Queens FO also located @ 26 Federal Plaza NY? I know Brooklyn FO is there but I also heard Queens is located there but on a different floor

how was it?

@Dana s interview was scheduled @ 12:55. However, we were called in @2:46 and the immigration officer was very apologetic and explained that they were running way behind time. He took all our documents and said he would review them later. overall, he asked about how we met, my mother in law’s name, description of our apartment and the road intersection nearby. He dwelled more on our interest (which we indicated as playing video games and reading books). He asked me about the kind of games and books my wife is into and vice versa. I would say the officer felt connected to our interests as I realized he was very young and even suggested some books for us to read. He was nice and lenient and made us feel like we were just having a conversation. He promised to review our documents and take a decision as soon as possible.

Alpha it took more than a month to get approval after interview?

@Suarez Herma it took less than 2 days to get approval for my green card and 3 days for I-130.

did u receive an interview notice by mail? I am in Brooklyn and my case is in Brooklyn FO, but only thing i got is update on my case saying they scheduled the interview. its been 4-5 days and I havent received anything in mail.
