@Anna Miller I heard that you should send it to one of the following ppl list Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, ) in his/her official capacity .. , the District Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for ( write here the district names you belongs to ) in his/her official capacity ( ur Local Field Office Director) for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services; ) in her/his official capacity; ) write here the name of the Director of the Federal Bureau ) of Investigation, in his official capacity.. write here the name of Attorney General of the U.S. ) write here the name of Secretary of the Department ) of Homeland Security, in his/her official capacity before you send it to the USCIS it should be received by the attorney general of the U.S. at least and I think it’s better to send it to him/her and wait for the response usually it’s fast 2-3 weeks then you can decide what to do make sure to include a cover letter explaining everything and talk more about the non sense delay , as much correspondence with uscis you have include it with the file , copy of the last notice you received and screenshot of the last case update ( preferably from your online account)

@Anna Miller yes unfortunately but on this case they won’t charge u more than 500$ it’s not mandamus it’s intent to file it and after the response you see if you gonna move forward with filing it or no

got it! I filled out the form at my congressman’s site this week, so probably will wait on his response prior to sending this out. we have our 2y anniversary in 2 weeks, hopefully will get something after that thanks a lot 💕

@Anna Miller I haven’t heard it worked before but my friend did it last year and she received the attorney general letter after 3 weeks then she decided to wait and she got approved this year on April about 5 months from that letter she was waiting since the end of 2019

@Anna Miller nope my court case date was filled on the 8th I have called the lawyer today and said wait for the 60 days 6 more days and if not response I have to talk to her (the lawyer) she said

my manda was denied yesterday we have 15 days to contest or re file so not sure is a good option mandamus anymore
