@mount laurel New Jersey just checked my account and all my forms have a documents/notices section (including i765).

@Denise K I wonder why mine doesn’t show anything. even the ones that don’t have notices say zero. but this one just skips over

@mount laurel New Jersey I’ve read on here from others that when USCIS is working on your case the online application can look a bit unusual (missing tabs etc.) Not sure whether this is fact tho. Maybe do live chat next week and see what’s going on.

but this account is for the beneficiary

yes you have to activate your online account by getting online access code. navigate the website, you can find something there.

they will send you an email for the access code within 30 days I believe

oh cool ya I only ever got an access code for the beneficiary. if I request one for the petitioner, is there any additional information there?
