Update affidavit of support?
Hey guys, not my case but my brother's. He sponsored his wife 5-6 years ago and he's uscis I-130 got accepted and he submitted all the documents to the nvc and all. He's been waiting for his wife and daughter interview since 2021 and he's wondering if he's got to update his affidavit and ds260?... a lot of people been saying that he has to. talked to different immigration lawyers and they've split the answers, saying the he has to and that he doesnt... any answered would be appreciated. thank you!!

I saw a message today: RFE letter has been sent my way regarding my case, this is the first account update since my submission back in Aug29,22. Can anybody tell me how long with this new hurdle take to jump once I submit the additional evidence? I am so defeated against this process 😞

I-693 ( Medical RFE)
Hello everyone,
We got RFE for form I 693 ( I-485, marriage based), , initially we uploaded via uscis portal Ds 3025 ( vaccination record) and explanation letter with suplemental pages from USCiS site, that k1 holders do not need to re do mediical if done within one year. Instantly, status changed to: request received- that was 36 days ago.
Immediately after, we contacted congressman to follow up with USCIS , but this particular office was fully incapable and just by following up with them we got info that they can not do anything and that my spouse needs to redo medical. ( I must say that some congressmen officess are great, some obviously not).
So..my spouse re did medical and we submited new medical with fedex on July 7th. Since then, no movement on the case. We sent it to Los Angeles Filed Office.
Can someone please share insight on how long you were waiting for approval after you submitted a new medical exam to your field office, especially Los Angeles one?
. I do understand that each case is different, but we would like to get some sense how long we could wait
I just saw second page of rfe that they asked for all evedince we already submited ( like lease, proof of marriage, we submited 130 pages of the supporting documents and some of them are on online account. .. Deadline was june 14th. what our options are now? to ipload again everything on uscis account? to wait? to call them? what is your suggestion?

I received email from uscis for medical
hello, I received email from uscis to bring my medical exam at the field office. it’s my second case but I already gave my medical at the first case in September 2021. so I’d like to know what to do? I’m trying to contact the medical center in vain. the uscis said they will send me an RFE or NOI if I don’t bring the I-693 form .
has anyone received this kind of email?
I don't know if I have to take the same vaccines I took in September 2021?

“Case in Processing” update for I-485: USCIS agent

Yesterday morning I woke up to an email from USCIS stating that they have taken action on my case. I searched the document section online and nothing. This morning I woke up to another email and still nothing in document. am not sure what is going on here. Somebody, anybody, everybody… help me with some answers, please?
