If you have answers, please share with me.
Yesterday morning I woke up to an email from USCIS stating that they have taken action on my case. I searched the document section online and nothing. This morning I woke up to another email and still nothing in document. am not sure what is going on here. Somebody, anybody, everybody… help me with some answers, please?

@DaddyB- I'm on the same boat i received two emails 3weeks ago and kept checking my documents tabs nothing is there. Hopefully you get some good news and i pray all of us who are waiting get good news soon.

when you recieve a email regarding action have been taken it’s simply implying that they have resume looking on your application . therefore they will update regarding anything that might be needed to continue or you will receive a direct decision

Thank you guys for your responses. Either way, they help. I was told by an agent yesterday that I should see an update on my case within 5 days. I will definitely update you guys by mid next week. I am praying that we all can overcome this hurdle.

The day I get approved, that’s gonna be the day I share my entire story. I have cried, smiled, anxiety kicked in and more. I have deleted this app a million times and more. Guys, this is something that I have never ever ever experienced before but it taught me to have a lotta patience.

when I got that email. my account had an update to actively being reviewed. You just have to log into your account.

I also thought nothing is there when i logged in to my account after getting same email. later i checked under section : my progress tab was added for I-130 .

I am going to wait the 5-7 days to see what becomes of my case. I don’t know, but somehow I am just so positive that there will be an update on my case in a couple days. . 🙏🙏🙏

Hey guys, just wanna inform you all that the action taken on my case was actually my combo card. I got both work permit and travel document approved yesterday. Wish me luck on my journey… green card next.

I saw that my i131 case was closed so I reached out to a live agent and inquired about that specific case. I told her that I have never received anything on that case and that I got 2 emails from USCIS and it was then that she told me that both i131 and EAD was approved yesterday.
