Update affidavit of support?
Hey guys, not my case but my brother's. He sponsored his wife 5-6 years ago and he's uscis I-130 got accepted and he submitted all the documents to the nvc and all. He's been waiting for his wife and daughter interview since 2021 and he's wondering if he's got to update his affidavit and ds260?... a lot of people been saying that he has to. talked to different immigration lawyers and they've split the answers, saying the he has to and that he doesnt... any answered would be appreciated. thank you!!

if he does need to update they will send a RFE askifor it just tell him to have it ready just in case

go with the updated tax return n affidavit on d interview date. they might tell u to go get it. better to be prepared
