can my spouse submit his medical with his documents even though he is overseas? is it possible or should we wait? a help will be appreciated. thank you

my case has been approved now we have to send the documents to the nvc. so I thought of submitting medical as well. i just want to make sure if it wont be a problem

don't think soo cause on overseas we do medical before immigrant interview it must be seal pack you can't open that seal ... only immigration officer can see this .. so check first nvc terms .. if you do medical now .. it will expire on time of interview.. sooo ..
