still awaiting for EAD and AP. submitted concurrently i140 i131 i765 and i485.
1. what if have to leave or layoff the job before EAD and AP?
2. what if have to leave or leyoff the job after EAD and AP?
3. what if L1A is valid for 5 years i.e 2025 and PD doesn't gets current for India?

hello guys, can someone answer if i can still submit a form I-485. i already submitted my form I-130 last year and im confused if i can concurrent filing. does it affect my petition if they deny my application for I-485? thank you guys in advance.

somebody can help me? I got the notification for my biometrics (next July 31), but after this notification I got another notification for request of evidence for my I485, what do I have to do? go to my biometrics? I know that I have to send the evidence, but what about the biometrics?

I have my social security from my OPT . Currently out of status since my ead from opt expired on 2018. I submitted on April 10 2023. my Question is: Does having a Sc already can make the process go faster ? or being out of status can make the process longer ? anyone on a similar situation ? someone that submitted while they had they social security already? Praying to received my combo card soon IJN!
USPS has lost my EAD card
I got my EAD card approval notice in 8 july, and the card was mailed in 18 July. In 21 july, tracking shows that the card is at my local post office.
But the United state post office has lost the EAD card during delivery. So, I did not receive the card. I have filed a complain to USPS but it has been more than 3 days and they did not respond ( they supposed to respond within 3 working days).
What should I do now ???

i got citizenship yesterday . I want to upgrade my case from f2a to ir1 . i upload my naturalization certificate on my uscis account . is it okay for my petition to update? and how much time it will take to update ? please suggest . Thanks
