Please be aware of USCIS mistakes
USCIS totally forgot about the cross chargeability rule in our case(spouses from different nationalities can use either nationality to apply). they kept our case pending for a long time even though priority date was current for one of the spouses.
the mistake was discovered when we reached out via senator - and they replied - priority date is not current. we reached out again via congressman clarifying the cross chargeability rule, then application moved very fast within 4 months everything is done.
If you're using cross chargeability rule due to being from a country with long waiting, please check with USCIS via senator to make sure they didn't forget about it.

How long for NVC Case Creation?
Hello beautiful people,
my I-130 got approved 18 days ago, still showing "Case Approved" and we haven't received any welcome letter/email from NVC. Is it normal? is there anyone who faced this situation?

priority date
I noticed that on my I-485 I-765 and also my I-131 I do not have a priority date, my I-131 was produced may 26th and it was between the normal timeline. my question is, my received date for all my cases is 09/13/2022 and my first notice date was on 10/11/2022. is it normal that I don’t have a priority date on anyone of the documents or when is my priority date (it is empty on the priority date slot).

Hi,
I talked to an Agent today and she said my case was transfered to Salt Lake City ( My Local Office ) and she said there was no information whether my interview will be waived or not. Can the interview still be waived ? any of you had any similiar experience where the case was transfered to your local office and the interview was waived ?

Employment based EB2-1, visa bulletin shows current but case status update remains that the fingerprinting been added to my case. I tried to reach out to Emma with a live agent and they answered that my case is within normal processing timeline and they will not answer any further questions about my case till 2025!!
What can I do? I just recently got 765 (EAD) approved..
30 days since Medicals was received! I-485 🙏🏻
My VAWA was approved back in April.
Received RFE for Medicals in June and my lawyer responded with results!
USCIS received the Medicals and updated the status.
Nothing since then!
