travel authorization denied
I requested to be a supporter under the humanitarian parole for Haiti my supporter case had confirmed by USCIS CBP one denied my beneficiary entry just because I made a mistake during the application process on her date of birth even after I corrected now they asked me to reapply which I did it’s been more than 3 month they still don’t approve my beneficiary yet even she had a previous case that was confirmed what can I do in other for my beneficiary to receive a new travel authorization please help me
is there a Nov / Dec 22 filer delay trend? still haven’t got my EAD yet but noticed this is trending for similar filers
I’m noticing a November / December 2022 filer delay trend, especially if your entire case is at NBC. I filed mid-November but still have not received even the EAD. I130, I485, I131 all still on active review.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Removal Proceedings
hi everyone i have noticed a few cases on here with regards to Removal proceedings Can You guys share your experience on it just to inform who ever is on it!
i have been under removal proceedings since 2013 no criminal record or anything like that originally from mexico been here since 1999 was able to get work permit since 2018 been renewing every year
got married may 2020 filed june 2020 my husband is LPR still waiting on that
My final court hearing was scheduled for September of this year but heard from my attorney that court decided to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE my court case so now i just wait to get the approval on my pending I-130 with USCIS (which through emma i found out its now at my local field office) so we can reschedule my court date and ask for a dismissal
