can u tell me how to contact congressman of my area please

Just got a response from my congressman. Found out my interview is waived, but I will need to expedite through my field office for approval if my case is transferred. I'm now trying to decide what reasons I will use for expediting.

@teetee fabulous thing is idk if I can expedite I got my work permit almost a year nowonky my i130 and i485 haven’t been approved so idk how to go about expediting that . but imma see what my congressman does or says

mines only inquired about my case and she was told I’m in que for an interview and that was about it I don’t know if they have the power to make anything major happen on your case. from my experience, they only just get the current status of your case I think

@ari reed My EAD was approved a month ago. So actually my request was for assistance with my i-130 and i-485. The response from USCIS was that it's processing normally and if I wanted to expedite I would have to provide documentation that meets the criteria for expediting.

@J B Yes I think they only get the real current status of your case as oppose to wht those lil liars tell u when u call, just to get rid of u😤 I do believe though that with the senator's intervention and good reasons to expedite an approval will come sooner.

@teetee fabulous so you mean your interview waived from NBC and transferred to field office and they need to waive as well?

@shob Demax Yes it's waived but if it's transferred to another field office for adjudication, I will still require the assistance of my local field office to get it expedited.
