Vawa Expedited processing
Hi vawa family! I applied for the expedited process of my vawa I-360 through the congressman using humanitarian reasons and after two weeks my case was approved for expedite processing. my question is after expedite processing approved how long do you think takes to get a final decision from Uscis. anyone with same experience help.

Refilling my I-485
I got my I-485 denied for which I believe(and others here) that was their(USCIS) mistake.
Rather than trying to convince them of their mistake should I just refile my I-485? (my I-130 was accepted) and do I have to pay the fees or can I not pay them for this same case?
I read a few articles and some say if your i-130 was accepted and you are just refilling for the same case you wouldn’t need to pay the fees but want to hear from you guys.

Hey guys, yesterday I saw that there was an actively reviewing on my i485… by this morning I saw an email that they have taken action in my case. At the moment, both i130&i485 are at actively reviewing. I know that God has been listening to my cries and prayers. What should I expect from this update? Hear me out, please?
140-RFE response
USCIS TSC has received my 140 RFE response on 8th June and updated the case status on the next day. However, I do not see any decision update since then. Is delaying indicates a negative outcome? I see cases get approved within two weeks.
