Vawa Expedited processing
Hi vawa family! I applied for the expedited process of my vawa I-360 through the congressman using humanitarian reasons and after two weeks my case was approved for expedite processing. my question is after expedite processing approved how long do you think takes to get a final decision from Uscis. anyone with same experience help.

@elina burlutchi when did you submit your initial vawa application? I submitted mine since last year but never got a response. I resubmitted in May this year and I'm still waiting on a receipt but my sister is scheduled for surgery later this year and needs help desperately. I'm hoping that when I receive my receipt I can apply to expedite but I'm not sure how long after applying I need to wait. Does anyone have any idea?

I submitted one last year but never got a respond/ receipt saying they received it. And in May of this year my lawyer sent in a second application but once again no response @godaboveall
