is there a Nov / Dec 22 filer delay trend? still haven’t got my EAD yet but noticed this is trending for similar filers
I’m noticing a November / December 2022 filer delay trend, especially if your entire case is at NBC. I filed mid-November but still have not received even the EAD. I130, I485, I131 all still on active review.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Yup same boat. The weird thing is back in the last week of May, my status changed to "One week" and then changed to "Taking longer than usual". Sigh... :(

same mine is December and I haven’t even got an EAD card. saw people who applied May got theirs already

I got my EAD approval a month ago and received my card 2-3 weeks later. My PD is Nov 11 of 2022 (NBC office).
No other update thou besides requesting my medical RFE in May

@ari reed My approval letter specifically states I can't use it for work, and so after abt 2 weeks when I enquired an agent told me they had technical difficulties when printing my card. Therefore, i had to wait until 30 days to put in a service request which I did. However, during that time I got my ssn in the mail, and I'm told I'm able to use both ssn and ID for work.

my priority date is Nov 7th 2022 and I got my approval notice in documents section on July 17 2023.
hang in there it shall come within the next month. All the best for it.

my PD is dec 21, got my EAD on april. my case shows its taking longer than usual. so just waiting
