I came to the US with a k1 visa , I had a pending I 485 to adjust my status in the year 2020 Nov I got arrested, my application was denied due to the arrest and being in removal proceeding. I have been. battling since then . it's not over yet but it's better now .

@pupia Lamorkie Lawyer filed joint motion first with ice over 2 months was silent , then he filed directly with judge and that took almost a month .tell your lawyer to file directly with Judge
