Interview i485 - eb2NIW
Hi,
I talked to an Agent today and she said my case was transfered to Salt Lake City ( My Local Office ) and she said there was no information whether my interview will be waived or not. Can the interview still be waived ? any of you had any similiar experience where the case was transfered to your local office and the interview was waived ?

Normally when cases are transferred to a local office an interview will be set.

when did you file your i485, Im trying to estimate when my case will be transferred to a local office, my pd is feb 2022

I filled in June 2022, my case was transferred to local office April23

@Wil S is this the first time that your case has been transferred to FO? sometime if your case was at nonlocal FO then transferred to a local FO, it make sense that you will have an interview to schedule otherwise if it is the first time that your case transfers to local FO, there will be possibilitiy to be waived.
