what if ? L1A to EB1C journey
i140 got approved in May 2023 and PD is Dec 2022.
still awaiting for EAD and AP. submitted concurrently i140 i131 i765 and i485.
1. what if have to leave or layoff the job before EAD and AP?
2. what if have to leave or leyoff the job after EAD and AP?
3. what if L1A is valid for 5 years i.e 2025 and PD doesn't gets current for India?
