Hi JC just had this issue. Did you get a confirmation that the fax was sent correctly? Secondly, my lawyer called and made a follow-up request on expedited EAD and within a week I received a message (actually yesterday) from USCIS that it was approved. My supporting documents were sent July 2nd. Best of luck!

@Tameka Hastings I got a notification that my fax was sent successfully to USCIS. However, I never got any update from them. Today, my lawyer told me to send the documents again plus a letter from my employer. The documents were sent successfully. Hope to hear back from them soon 🤞🏻

I am also going through this process of expediting EAD and I just call and give the the reference number and they look it up for me and they can also send a message to the officer handling your case if your request it the agents are very helpful
