Do mandamus lawsuits work?
did anyone sue USCIS and got positive results? I’m just curious.. The congresswoman put an inquiry… I’m waiting. she told me they’ll respond in 30-60 days..

I’m thinking about it too. just got a response from the congressman and it’s basically the same response I got through service request. mind you my PD is Sept 2021 and I had an interview more than a year ago.

we waited for 4y ( since 04/2019) to receive an interview date and got nothing. finaly hired new lawyer and he filled mandamus. we got our interview date and approval notice within 1 month. fyi, we also tried inquiring with Congressman man too back in December, but they couldn't help. so our advice is- go for mandamus, don't waste your time with Congressman inquiries and lawyers promise, find a decent lawyer and stick with him. good luck.

super fast, like within 2 weeks our lawyer notified that we have a interview scheduled, and notice came 2 weeks before our interview date
