I have an upcoming trip abroad on October 31st and will be returning back on November 9th with my valid H-1B visa stamp. My expedited request for advance parole was denied.
I know once i485 is approved, the visa becomes invalid

Hello All, my PD is Nov 5th 2013 and me and my wife got our EAD during 2022 ending and still on H1b/H4. on 1st Jan 24, we have been blessed with a baby girl and she was born outside USA, so we got her H4 and now both mother and daughter are with me, question is as the filing date is now 1st Dec 2013, we can file my daughter's I-485 and respectively I-131/I-765, along with medicals, could you please let me know how I can add my pending application receipt number to her application. Also is there any specific procedure to file her application??. Thank you.

I have a question if you know then please answer to my question.
according to October 2025 Visa Bulletin for f2a category the final action date is current till February 2024.So my question is that is there any chance to get i130 approve more faster for f2a category because they are currently approving July 2022 i130 and there is a huge difference between the Visa Bulletin date and approving date. my PD is 2022 October.
only answer who knows well about this don't confuse other or spread wrong information.

I just received this notification from USCIS
“Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. After receiving your application, USCIS is now processing it. Nothing is required from your side at this point. Since the processing time varies depending on visa types, how long this message will stay could differ.”
• My interview was already completed on April 14.
• This morning (September 15), I received this new notification.
I want to ask those of you who also have pending cases: Does this update usually mean something positive (a good sign), or is it just a standard update without much meaning?
If anyone has had a similar experience, I would really appreciate hearing your thoughts.
