I get already all receipts when I apply but after I did the expedite they send me again Sam resaved receipts but by new date don’t know wha that mean

In my case, after I submitted an expedite request, I contacted USCIS and received a response saying that my case would be best addressed by the asylum office or consulate, which confused me since I filed through USCIS. I also received duplicate receipt notices (I-797C) for my children after the expedite request. Has anyone experienced a similar response from USCIS saying the case is not with them or to contact another office? How did your case proceed after that? Thank you.
