Hello guys thanks for response to my question below.
A friend on OPT with end date in July 2026 just had an emergency to travel to India and will return before the end of her OPT. Will she potentially face issues when coming back ?

OPT End date 1st week of July.
Got letter from NGO where she works regarding the travel
