Hello all, my status suddenly changed to correspondence received and the USCIS is reviewing it on all 4 forms 360,131,765,485
PD is Sept 2023
Ead and AP received may 2025
Just nervous why this message so early. any ideas?

my pd July 2023 they asked me for medical last year, they haven’t ask u for medical yet?

That status usually means USCIS received something in the file, such as evidence, correspondence, an inquiry response, or an internal update. It is not automatically bad. Since you already received EAD and AP, I would check the documents tab and mail for any notice. If USCIS says no action is required, just monitor.
