on the rfe notice, it tells you the last day the response needs to reach uscis office. you can get a live person if you ask for representative or tell the robot that you are calling about missing notice or didn’t receive notice. my notice had about 90days from the date they sent it out if i remember correctly but i do not know if everyone is the same
