Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

Does anybody has experience with their case status update “ Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview “ even though i had interview last year but it was during retrogression, officer said everything looks good and it will be approved when current visa number, i read somewhere this status is just generic and sometimes they can just approve it without calling for a second interview.

Pending I-485 application

First things first, my mom and I have been residing in the United States since November 2024 (We’re from the Philippines). My mom got married to an American on December, a few days before Christmas. Then, my mom’s American husband filed a green card (Form I-485) application for us on February this year, and we had our biometrics appointment in Greer, SC a month later. Afterwards, USCIS sent us an RFE and we submitted the response on May 28. However, we still haven't heard back from USCIS until now. Is this a bad sign???

the visa bulletin AOS DATES FOR FILING shows advancement in the F2A category for priority dates on or before 09/22/2025. My i-130 is still pending with priority date 06/22/2024 but can I go ahead and file for AOS? Just some clarity needed.

I got a second RFE?!

After receiving a request for initial evidence for my EB-1 I-485 last month I just found out they sent another RFE for both initial and additional evidence. Haven't received it yet so I'm freaking out a little. Has this happened to anyone else on EB-1? What was the RFE about?

Immunization records for I-693

I had to fulfil a set of immunizations when getting my F1 student visa. These records came from doctors in my home country. Do I need to show the same records for my medical exam for I-693? I can’t seem to find them anymore
