I've being waiting for 8 months and few days with the USCIS i-130, Married to a u.s citizen and we're still waiting just for an approval...everyone how much time did you wait just to get an approval ? I'm outside the United States, Born and raised in Morocco, Is there anyone here who has done an expedite request and went well ? I'm suffering from high stress that affected my intestines because of this separation from my husband and my abusif Mom and I don't know if they actually care about extreme health issues. idk how to even provide proof to the USCIS about the situation I'm living. idk if my husband sending me money would be important too because I told him to not send me anything because I'm depending on myself here until I join him. My petition was transfer from Potomac to Texas service center, my category is F2A consular process, my PD is 8/29/2022. Anyone with similar case transfer that could give me feedback what was/is their experience? I think I’m close for approval but any recent experience with this type of scenarios?

I applied for an I-751 in April 2022, and the service center is in Potomac. There has been no update for the last three years. I applied for N400 in January 2025, and I still have no update at all. I raised an online inquiry on the I-751 on August 5, 2025, and have received no updates at all. What is the best way to obtain an update on this?

Hi everyone, I received an RFE for my I-485 (EB1C) case, and I sent my full response 75 days ago. However, USCIS has not updated the case status to show that they received my response. According to the RFE notice, the deadline is November 10, and if USCIS doesn’t show the update or confirm receipt, the case will automatically close. I’ve already contacted Emma and the USCIS Contact Center several times, but no one can give me any clear or helpful information. 👉 Has anyone gone through the same situation before? Any advice on what I should do next would really help. Thank you 🙏

when does one’s status change after verbal approval after the interview. neither NVC or USCIS has changed and my husbands interview was Oct 15th.

After 4years and 7months my I tracked. my case this morning and my case has been denied . please can somebody tell me what I need to do next ? is there anyone with this experience?

Anyone in the Atlanta office has had any luck getting an interview scheduled? I submitted my I-751 in June 2024 and N-400 in June 2025 (the three year rule). I haven’t heard anything back yet. I had my combo interview i-751/n400 last week in Chicago. I believe the interview went well. at the end, the officer handed me a paper saying I passed the English test but that a decision can’t be made on my case which left me confused. Has anyone experienced this recently?? & does anyone know how long it will take for me to be approved
