I have yet to seen a case where someone under the sijs category had an issue with ice when attending their biometrics appointment, so I believe you should be good. I would still make sure to go to: https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/ and use you A number to make sure you have nothing pending or any orders. I’m not a legal expert so anything I said is pure anecdotal.
