I am tired 😫 😩 😴
Hello all, i just heard about a new development this evening about some cases that were closed due to administrative closure, 2 people have been detained by ICE because they didn't write to uscis to close their cases. So basically cases that went to administrative closure are being revisited, meanwhile I heard the ideal thing to have done was to write to them to close the cases instead of abandoning them and then going to administrative closure. So this is an avenue for ICE to detain immigrants. Therefore, is anyone aware of the recent developments or could it have been that the detained people did something else and not because their cases went to administrative closure due to not informating uscis. can anyone confirm this update or is aware of something similar.

Hello family my interview for June was recently cancelled. it was supposed to be an i-485 interview after sending my requested evidence. please I need answers, has anyone experienced this before here, and if so was interview rescheduled, if yes how long did it take before the rescheduling, or was there no interview anymore before green card was granted.
We have taken an action on your case and needs your attention!
Hi All , I received an email from USCIS (with Exclamation mark !) it says:
We have taken an action in your case and it needs your attention sign. Sign in to your account to view your case status and additional steps you need to take.
when I logged in to my account I see no changes, is anyone had the same issue, is this usually an RFE?
Clarifying NBC vs. Service Center Roles in I-485
My PD is 6th December 2022 (became current in April 2025).
My case has been pending CRP since July 2024.
In December 2023, I’ve received a transfer notice moving my LIN24068 (receipt block) AOS filing from the Nebraska Service Center to the National Benefits Center (NBC). My understanding is that NBC only does intake and pre‑processing (fee/form review, biometrics, name‑check and background screening, and holding the file until the priority date is current) and does not issue approvals, RFEs, or interview notices. Once NBC finishes, the case is sent back to the original Service Center (LIN) or a local Field Office for final adjudication. Does that match your experience and sound accurate?
My priority date has been current for two months. What timelines did you see from NBC completion to final decision? What should I expect?
I see the majority of cases in my receipt blocks are not on CRP.
Thanks for helping out!

RFE to Greencard timeline
Hi everyone,
I submitted my RFE response last week and just received a message confirming receipt of RFE response. I’m wondering when I might expect to hear back on the final decision. For context, I originally submitted my application in December.
Would love to hear from others—what’s been your recent experience with timelines after RFE approval? priority date has been current since February.
Thanks!
Alien Registration G-325 R
Hello Folks! My I-601A got approved and sent to NVC, I also got Documented Qualified w/ NVC. At this point I’m just waiting for a date for my Consular Interview (Brazil) to be scheduled. Do I have to register at the Alien Registration G-325R ? I’ve done fingerprints and biometrics during I-601A and DHS have all my information. It is really confusing and I would really appreciate any input . Thanks!
