@GOD IS ONE GOD IS ONE I’ve heard that once they stopped renewing PF is because they are coming to an end to make a decision on the case, something happened to me last one I received was June 10 2025 almost a year ago and it’s been expired I guess no renewed ones so far so god have mercy and we can see some moving

@Yana Yana that’s crazy it was 47.5 just yesterday. it went up 4 months in processing times in about 2 months. it seems like never catching up.

@Yana Yana don’t get discouraged that’s an average is not 100% accurate people get a response before that time or after let’s just hope we get ours with in that time I’m in the 45months time waiting

A long VAWA pending period with repeated “fees waived” updates and multiple prima facie determinations (PFs) and combo cards generally indicates that the case is still properly pending adjudication rather than denied or missing. USCIS may extend processing significantly due to background checks, visa number availability (if adjustment is pending), workload at the Vermont Service Center, and multi-stage eligibility review, all of which must be completed before final adjudication. A prima facie determination is not a decision on the merits but a procedural finding used to support interim benefits like EAD/AP. Your timeline (45 months with ongoing PF renewals and combo card issuance) is unusual but not inherently negative, as VAWA cases are known for extended adjudication cycles. The key risk indicator would be a Request for Evidence or Notice of Intent to Deny, not prolonged silence with continued interim benefits. Since you continue to receive PF notices and employment authorization, USCIS is effectively treating the case as still eligible for ongoing review rather than problematic or denied, and delays are most consistent with backlog and security clearance timing rather than substantive case issues.
