I have a question about I -140

I sent my I -140 ,500 days ago and last week I received the RFE ,Today I talked to my lawyer ,he said they want company financial statements. first question when they file I -140 behalf on my name ,they do suppose to send company financial statements ? When they file I -140 ,what document they suppose to send ? I am trying to understand did they send some missing document or not ?

Hello all, on july 7th i paid my 2 fee’s on NVC, when i summited the payment the status appeared as (IN PROCESS), today i am reviewing and it says (PAY NOW) Did anybody else have this issue? Is it normal? Should i summit another payment? Nothing has been taken out of my bank account

I’m SIJS, with prior date on 2 June 2022, when i filled all my forms i sent I-131 (Juvenil visa), I-765 (EAD) and I-485 (GC), they received everything but unfortunately the bulletin visa change, but when my EAD was approved, was under: “green card pending”, so after one year i asked my lawyer if Im eligible for a Advance parole, she told me “yes”, so i did it, and after one year is approved, ill go to my country probably next month or september, i let you know everything after my trip

hay esperanza? there’s still hope?

hola, como están? creen que el boletín de visas vuelva al 2021 el 1 de octubre de este año? realmente es un poco frustrante como nos han tronchado toda las esperanzas cuando todo parecía ir bien y nuestra categoría iba avanzado a pasos agigantados se tenía que atascar y luego parar sin avance alguno. mi fecha de prioridad es octubre del 2021 pero realmente se ve tan lejos y yo en mi mente el año pasado tenía la esperanza por cómo iba avanzado de rápido que quizás este año tendría mi green card(que iluso fui) la verdad al saber que hay una acumulación de más de 140mil casos de SIJS esperando por una fecha de prioridad hace pensar que este espera será eterna y eso que quizá los del 2021 seríamos lo que correríamos con suerte de conseguirlo en los próximos años ya que del 2022 al 2024 los casos se dispararon de forma exponencial, es tanta la acumulación que hay que si el congreso o alguien no hace nada a la gente del 2024-25 les tocaría esperar más de 10 años…ojalá Dios y la vida nos ayude.
